Package 1 - Exclusive barn hire

Costs:
£7,750 / £7,750 - up to 100 guests + catering & drink costs
+£500 / £600 - Civil Ceremony cost at The Barn can be booked from 2pm onwards, contact Ampthill Registry Office 0300 600 600

Additional costs for guests 0ver 100:
+£250 / £300 - up to 120 guests
+£500 / £550 - up to 140 guests
*additonal cost cover tables, chairs & staff
Weddings are held on Fridays, Saturdays & BH Sundays after 1.30pm. We can offer weekday weddings but the same hire fees apply.

Additional costs:
+£500 - External Catering fee which applies to all caterers
+£500 - Hay Barn Ceremony or Lakeside Civil Ceremonies
+ £POA - Styling/Wedding planning service
+£250 - Fairy Light package in both ends
+ £150+ - Disabled toilet hire

+£25 - Rustic trestle tables

+£POA - Stretch Tent, Tipi & Marquee hire

Exclusive use of ‘The Barn’ 2pm until 12am
Use of the grounds & lake for photos (1 hr)
Hay Barn for drinks reception (1 hr)
10 x 5’6” round tables
100 x ivory lime wash chiavari chairs
1 x 3’ cake table + 6 x trestle tables
8’ mirror bar & 2 x bar fridges
Chandelier lighting & internal festoon lighting
Outdoor garden furniture & lighting,
Venue manager on the day
Catering area, lighting & 2 double 13amp sockets
Fully stocked pay bar 7pm-11.30pm
Supplier coordination/timings schedule
Pre 6-8 week wedding meeting
Pre day, 3 hour set up
Live Bands until 11pm - DJ’s until midnight

The Barn can seat up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast on 12 x round tables, 120 x chairs plus + extra 60 evening guests.
*Larger numbers can be accommodated at the venue POA
