At The Barn we believe freedom and flexibility are key to providing a day that is tailored to suit you and your requirements. Giving you the choice to pick and choose your menu for your day.
We work with a selection of local hand picked caterers who offer a wide range of menu and price options to suit your budget and taste. You can choose from a more formal 2/3 course sit downs, BBQ’s, sharing deli boards, pizza & anti pasta, street food trucks, paella, fish & chips, afternoon tea, hot & cold buffets and much more…
We allow external caterers our fee is £500.
All caterers must provide a full Health & Hygiene certificate, public liability over 10 million, provided staff to serve and clear all food, take away all food waste and rubbish after the event.
Evening caterers must provide staff to serve and clear throughout the food service, remove all food waste after the event. The Barn charge a £500 clearing charge if this is not done. Couples can also provide their own evening food, we charge £250 for this service and provide additional staff to serve and clear all food provided.

The Barn drinks packages start from £19.50pp+
£19.50pp to include:
2 x After ceremony drink of Prosecco or Pimms & Beer
1 x Prosecco toast drink + soft drinks and water

£28.50pp to include:
2 x After ceremony drink of Prosecco or Pimms & Beer
1/2 bottle wine pp or 1/3 bottle wine + beers
1 x Prosecco toast pp

£950 Chill, pour & serve fee + glass hire @ 55ppg:
The Barn allows couples to supply their own drinks
during your wedding until 6.00pm, all drinks are removed from the tables at 6.30pm and the barn evening bar opens at 7pm - 11.30pm. Any client drink left over will be decanted and boxed for collection the following day.
Includes 2 x staff to serve, pour + clear until 6.30pm,. Couples must provide any ice + fruit. Glass hire is 55ppg delivered/return dirty service. The Barn remove/recycle all bottles. All cardboard and any wedding rubbish must be disposed of by the couples.
